After the meet and greet, you will be taken to the treatment room where a 5-10 minute medical and lifestyle consultation will be done. The consultation ensures that I am aware of any medical conditions that might be a contra-indication to the massage and also discuss your individual needs. We will go through your exact expectations of the treatment so we can decide on the right treatment for your needs.

You will then be asked to get undressed behind the screen, in order to maintain discretion. You will also be asked to take all your jewellery off and put your phone on silent. A towel is available to wrap around you. You will then be asked to lay on the table where I will cover your lower part of your body with another towel. I will only uncover the part of the body that is going to be worked, ensuring your modesty is respected at all times.

You can expect a calm and tranquil environment with low lighting and soothing music in the background. The massage couch is padded and has a fleece lining in order to make your experience more comfortable.

During the Treatment

I will ask you before I start the treatment to notify me of any discomfort or pain that you may encounter during the session. I will also ask you at various times if the pressure is too hard or too light. Depending on your individual needs, a full body massage foucsing on total body relaxation or a massage for a specific area will be carried out. Bolsters are then placed under certain areas of your body to make you more comfortable. Towel modesty is maintained at all times during the treatment and you will be covered when asked to turn over. The oil is heated up prior to the treatment to ensure that the massage is perfect.

The end of the Treatment

At the end of the massage, I will ask you to keep your eyes closed and lay there for a couple of minutes in order to maintain total body and mind relaxation. I will then turn the lights off so you can enjoy the affects of the massage. You will then be helped off the table and given time to re-dress. Once you have re-dressed, a follow up consultation will be carried out to make sure the treatment was to your satisfaction and after-care advice will be given.

Please allow extra time in your first treatment for the consultation and be aware that the time of the treatment includes 5 minutes at the beginning to un-dress and 5 minutes at the end to re-dress.
